St Norbert College is a co-educational secondary Catholic college with over 900 students in Years 7 to 12.
We provide a Catholic education in the Norbertine tradition based on our strong values which students are encouraged to embrace in all aspects of their lives. Our students are provided with a safe and nurturing learning environment which has its foundation in a strong pastoral care system. We continually encourage our students to foster self-discipline, resilience and the pursuit of excellence.
St Norbert College offers a broad range of educational experiences and ranks in the top listings of Western Australian schools for NAPLAN results. In 2023, we were one of just two Catholic schools in the Top 20 highest-achieving schools for NAPLAN in Western Australia.
As well as The Arts and Languages, St Norbert College teaches life skills through electives including Textiles, Food Science and Technology, Woodwork and Metalwork and offers students pathways to professional sport through our Specialised Basketball Program and Specialised Football Program.
A strong sense of community exists for both students and staff, who engage in Christian Service Learning and community and charity service including immersions to the Kimberley and Indonesia.
Year 7 students are encouraged to give everything a go and senior students are individually guided towards academic and vocational programs to suit their aptitude, interest and choice of vocation.
Our Principal, Sharon Rainford, leads a teaching and support staff of 100 professionals who offer excellent educational opportunities and pastoral care to just over 920 students.
St Norbert College is the only Norbertine-owned and operated school in Australia who have always, and still do, live on site. While based on rich tradition and foundation, St Norbert College is innovative and respected for the academic, vocational and sporting opportunities it provides along with a dedication to student wellbeing.
We work in partnership with families to ensure our students reflect our motto, ‘Ad Omnia Paratus’, which means ‘Prepared for All Good Works’.
